Modernizing and migrating 4000 TB of data center storage area network and 1500 servers (virtual and physical) to new technology; Designing, staffing and managing complex call centers; integrating call center cloud-based systems with cloud-based “ticketing” systems; Upgrading Java across the enterprise; developing and implementing a data center-wide capacity plans and programs; and consolidating all data center equipment. Research cloud migration for 4000 user VDI environment and report architecture and cost benefit analysis to review board. Perform high level design and deployment plan for 5000 user AD domain and Office 365 tenant migration.
